Most coaches run their business from home doing phone consultations. In my book, How to earn a CEO's income part-time in Pajamas: an inside look at success coaching I actually take you through a full day of coaching with real life situations.

In addition to working one-on-one with people, I work with groups of business owners and sales professionals. If you choose to do group sessions, they can be done in person, via teleconference or over the web. Thanks to technology you can run your whole business from home if you choose.

My personal clients generally commit to weekly, monthly or bi-monthly sessions for a minimum of one year. If they get results, clients stay with their coach indefinitely because they want to continue to achieve. Coaching fees vary but begin at $100 a session. Unlike consultants who generally charge and hourly rate, most coaches work on a monthly or annual fee. Why am I doing this?
